About Us

Leon Vincent, a Floral & Events Designer L'Atelier, has created and designed visual artistry and special events that have appeared in many publications and provided for many celebrities. He founded the company, LV Designs LLC,  based on his experience as a floral designer and performing artist. In integrating the creative visual and artistic fervor of two experiential worlds, he launches his own signature brand.

Leon began his floral career at age fifteen when his best friend invited him to help deliver flowers for  People’s Florist on Mother’s Day. Instead of driving, Leon was immediately entrusted to work in flowers by the owner who was extremely busy that day and saw that he had a natural ability for the visual art form and that he learned quickly. He continued  working at the florist throughout high school and Virginia State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education where  his vision for the future was to be a performing artist. Throughout the developing years of his artistic career he supported himself by working with floral and event companies.

After many years of  learning and development he grew to the status of what many referred to as a master designer with a humble spirit. While designing in New York City over the years he has designed for such publications such as  the Knot Bridal Book & Magazines. He has done work for noted celebrities,  corporations and companies including:  Black Enterprise Magazine, HBO, Phillip Morris, many others.  He was the appointed designer for the Nelson Mandela 90th Birthday Celebration in New York City.  He is proud to now offer what he feels are the perfect ingredients needed to create the total successful event experience. His goal is to deliver the highest quality of design, services and materials to clients where ever his services are received and to begin offering promising upcoming designers and artisans, the opportunity to expand there horizons.
